We are committed to providing compassionate, quality healthcare with regularly scheduled visits, specialized treatments and emergency services; as well as providing services to your short term residents. The burden of having to transport the patients to private board qualified/certified physicians is eliminated, as all offered services are performed right at the facility. Any serious treatments that cannot be performed at the facility by our physicians will be referred out to a specialist or hospital.

TransCare is credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid and many 3rd party commercial insurance providers. We provide full cycle billing direct to insurances and guarantors. Our facilities are not responsible for any billing processes.

Through in-services, seminars and other training, our staff remains up to date on all current HIPPA & JCAHO requirements. We have a staff dedicated to ensuring compliance in both areas. Your facility will receive routine updates and continuous monitoring to ensure your residents are staying with in these regulations. We work closely with all of our facilities to create an individualized service program to meet your facility & resident needs.

In addition to the Patient Care Authorization Form, we will also need a copy of the patient’s facility face sheet faxed to us at 508-473-2275.
